RETURN POLICY

Quality and care is at the heart of who we are. If you are not happy with your product, write to us and let us know what is going on.  We want your feedback, as we have made this product for the community of players and we want you to be satisfied.


- Our return policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,  we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase included in your return shipment.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please allow processing time for the return.

Shipping
To return your product, first write to us with your feedback and we will provide  further instruction.

If you receive a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
